Questions, a problem with the app, or something about your data.

In the app:

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete my account to confirm.

This deletes your account and everything in it: your profile, your photos, your notes and answers, and what the two of you shared, for both of you. It cannot be undone. Backups are cleared within 30 days.

Can’t get into the app any more? Email support@bringajacket.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We will reply when it is done.

In the EU and the UK, Google asks for your permission before showing ads. To change your answer, open Settings in the app and tap Ad choices. The ads are never personalised.
